Rasul Abernathy who is 32 years old and his State Prison guard girlfriend Poshautamarin Walker who was at prison guard at SCI Greensburg in Western Penssylvania from January 28 2008 until it was closed and then she was transferred to SCI Chester in Delaware County Pennsylvania.unbtil she was fired last November 16 according the the Department of Corrections. The couple met when Abernathy was in jail twice at SCI Greensburg for drug charges and parole violations.
The couple met a 16 year old runaway when they lived in the southwestern Pennsylvania town of North Versailles . Abernathy was a convicted felon at the time with those two charges mentioned above and if found guilty Abernathy is going to find himself in jail again and Walker is going to be on the other side of the bars. Both of them are charged in the federal charge of sex trafficking and
they are both getting state charges of corruption of a minor , providing alchol to a minor and interference with the custody of a child . Then Abernathy himself is charged with his own 12 counts that walker isn't charged which are simple assault and Sexual assault.

Now what happened was that Abnernathy found a girl who was 16 yeras old and a runaway from the state as she was either in a juvenile facility or foster home but the FBI Special Agent Michael Goodhue would not say which one as it is the usual not to reveal that in cases like these.Special Agent Goodhue also wrote an FBO affidavit that detailed this crime.
When Abernathy found the 16 year old runaway who was lookong for somepolace she can stay , Abernathy told her she can live with his girlfriend, who is Walker, then he didn't tell her he was living with Walker at the time and their was only one bed in the apartment and all three had to sleep in the same bed. Then the couple forced the 16 into prostitution in sex trafficking scheme and when she told Abernathy she didn't want to be a prostitute anymore or didn't want to go to an aopointment that guys called up Walker when she put the 16 year old and her picture on the internet as a prostitute Walker had a cellphone that was for the calls for her to prostitute out the 16 year old When she said she didn't want to do it anymore Abernathy "hurt her" by punching her in the ribs , by choking her and punching her in the ribs. Special Agent Goodhue also said that Abernethy had three guns ands told her he would"break her face" if she tried to leave. AT least one time she was hit by Walker, too.
The 126 year old was only allowed to leave the appartment for sexual transactions at hotels bevcause they kept her in the apartment because they told her she had to stay therer because she wouldn;'t want to get caught by the juvenile authorites.
They gave her marijuana and pain pills before thery took her to a place where she was meeting the pervert who requested her and then afterwards they would give her alcohol.
Finally in October 2012 the girl called sa counselor from somewhere else she stayed and trusted him to come get her and he called the North Versailles police and they came and got her. THen she was taken to a facility where somebody "jumped her" and she called Walker and went back to the couple.
The next month the girl was taken to the Philadelphia area presumably because Walker got a prison guard job near there and Abernathy and another exconvict raped her March 1, 2013 and called it "a learning experience".
The girl finally had enough after she was rapoed and ran to the nearest police and gave her self up as a runaway. She ended up back in western Penssylvania in Shuman Juvenile Detention Center in Linoln Lemington by Pittsburgh which is where she told police her story and then the couple were arrested in eastern pennsylvania
